SUMMARY
I offer a complete lifestyle assistance to almost anyone who wants to change those habits that can and do make you unhealthy and unhappy, whether it's your diet/drinking, or lack of exercise, it all can be altered within weeks to make you live a healthier lifestlye. This is not a quick-fix solution to a life-long issue though, it takes time, dedication, effort and sweat...!
If you feel your job and current lifestyle is to blame for your health concerns, be it your weight, shape, a lack of toning, or it may be stress, confidence, poor diet and nutrition, I will guide you towards what you wish to achieve.
I specialise in giving a personal, professional, dedicated service to each and every client, no matter your career, media, management, entertainment or the public sector etc..., likewise your fitness levels or concerns on what you want and need.
Training can be in your home/garden, or mine, but the majority will be outdoor training, as you get the added benefit of fresh air!
Whether you want to improve your fitness, learn and train at a new fun sport or compete in a marathon or triathlon, or simply look tone-up and feel good together with enthusiasm and effort we will achieve some fantastic results.
I offer a huge variety of Outdoor fitness and activity training along with the usual CV workouts, free weights and any gym assistance etc...
Having personally competed and trained for over 25 years at a multitude of open-air sports I do encourage all sessions to be outdoors, parks, lakes, track etc.. , although a gym or a clients home can be incorporated if required.
Along with being qualified in Personal Fitness Training (AFPA), I provide the following options below to make training a more enjoyable, fun and interesting proposition,
a major factor in your continuing enthusiasm and the reason to take more care and interest in you, is variation of training, both mentally and physically, this is undoubtedly proven to be the best way.

All sessions I use to varying degrees, easy, average and very tough!
Together we will discuss which routines and the levels you will work to.
MOUNTAIN BIKING @ woods, parks, lake trails.
(possible sessions include; 7-8 mile gravel tracks round lakes, great to burn calories and tone glutes and thighs)
JOGGING / RUNNING / SPRINTING @ athletic track, parks, woods, lakes/river trails.
(possible sessions: Drills to include anything from 100m/200m sprint training for power and strength to endurance track session or weight losing runs upto 10k on roads/parks/woods, a great all-round CV workout).
SWIMMING
(possible sessions: endurance swimming of alternate strokes for 30mins, to improve stamina, strength, muscle-tone and training for better lung control)
WEIGHTS / RESISTANCE BANDS / SPECIAL CV WORKOUTS @ home, gym, park.
(possible sessions: a variety of stretching, push-ups, drills, squats, skipping, abs/upperbody work, resistance, muscle-toning, weights ranging from 1lb-35lbs plus, ideal warm up or workout)
BOXING WORKOUTS @ gym, park, home.
(possible sessions: pad work, general core training for strength and possible self defence, skipping, CV drills, high intensity bag work available at gym)
TENNIS PLAYING / COACHING @ leisure centre, outdoor park.
(possible sessions: improve your fitness while enjoying a new sport, enables coordination, speed, strength and stamina to improve)
KAYAKING @ lake, river, sea.
(possible sessions: great for upper-body, shoulders, arms, core etc and conditioning while trying a fun new hobby)
SPRINT TRIATHLON TRAINING / FUN RUNS @ park, track, pool, woods, home.
(possible sessions: mixing all training aspects to get you fit to compete, ideal all-round conditioning for anyone who fancies competing in a great all round amateur sport, strength, power, endurance and confidence and achievement)
BADMINTON PLAYING / COACHING @ leisure centre.
(possible sessions: a great cardio workout while constant lunging brill for thighs and glutes, fun game too!)
HORSE RIDING LESSONS.
(fun and surprisingly a good all-over workout!)
All arrangements will be made by me and will be confirmed with the client, all equipment will be provided by me or arranged by me.
all you need is workout gear, trainers etc...
Another major part of changing your lifestyle habits is diet and nutrition, so as part of the complete package I offer, I can provide advice and the following;
Preparation of one or all of the meals if required, providing a healthy fresh salad based meal to benefit you to train and feel better whilst it will get you to learn, benefit and begin to alter any bad habits you may have that resulted in unwanted weight gain.
Prepare and provide fresh home-made natural smoothies, juices, bottled water free from any artifical or body building powders!.
Otherwise any advise or a detailed diet-sheet,daily or weekly, can be discussed and provided by me for you.
Finally I know how important the need to destress and relax are when it comes to a healthy happy lifestyle and so I also provide;
Aromatherpy advice, oils, neck, back, shoulder and sports massage, helping you to unwind after training, and I hope this will encourage plenty of communication (hopes, goals, problems, etc..) between myself and the client as this is a great way to distress which inturn helps you to achieve a healthier happier more driven individual...
I firmly believe from my own experiences that the best way to become fitter, healthier and ulimiutly happier with your lifestyle is to vary your training, playing or competing in a amateur sport or activity such as triathlons, fun runs, tennis etc...controlling diet and nutrition, having goals,target's, ambitions and by making training a "enjoyable habit" is the key to gaining self motivation...
